The good thing is the vet is aware and is working with you. It really must be your schedule's fluctuations that triggers her anxiety. She doesn't really know when to expect you home and that possibly bothers her. I know that's what it is with my little man. Hugs to you! You're not alone. I went/am going through the same thing with Kaji. It's not easy, and I understand feeling like a bad person for not giving them that security they crave. It will get better though! After the craziness of college, once you have a set job with a clear schedule, they do get use to it. They'll know when to expect you home and that security really helps calm their nerves.
