Well I worked on this last night for about 20 mins. I had to put on his leash, which he still will not come right up to me, and when I give him slack, he'll come up, but when you go to pet, or touch him, he backs up. It is so frustrating. And without a leash forget it.
On a brighter note. I did teach him to shake, I tried that thinking if he'll let me shake his hand, he'll have to come. SO we got the shake down.
Take the training leash off,, no come, so can't get close enough to shake. UGHHH! Is it just me??
