Well the adult mini still uses chicken meal as the first ingredient. This thread I thought was in response to this thread:

He wanted opinions on Royal Canin Yorkshire Terrier Adult Dry Dog Food and that is the food that has changed from chicken meal to chicken by-products, and instead of being number one ingredient it's number three. Adult mini is much better than the new Yorkshire Terrier food, but I hope you consider changing if they start using the by-products in this.
