So weird that you're finding large chunks. I've never had to pick any out.
I would run these by Primal and see what they say. Even though the larger one is quite thick, it doesn't look too pointy to me (?)...so it probably wouldn't be one that would bother me too much - but still, I can see why you're concerned.
