 Newbie
Hi, my name is Rose. I found my sweet lil' boy, Rex, at a shelter in March. He's about 5 years old and is such a love. Although I've had dogs my entire life, he's my first Yorkie. He weighs in at a whopping 4.8 lbs but what he lacks in size, he makes up for in attitude.
We're having some problems on our walks...he thinks he's a big dog and can be aggressive with other dogs. I was thrilled to find this board so I can learn more about how to help him change this behavior. I don't know if he is afraid or just has an abundance of testosterone. He's a great little guard dog but we need to work on his social skills.
I'm looking forward to "meeting" everyone and learning more about Yorkies. |
