I'm not surprised. I'm originally from Detroit. And I remember plenty of times growing up I would hear of even some large breed dogs stolen from peoples yards, homes or yards. Detroit already has a very challenging reputation and this doesn't help the people that are doing well and the things that are going good for the city.

I'll be home for the holidays and I had already planned on leaving Emma here. I friend of mine actually found a lost yorkie in her driveway yesterday (in Detroit). She's hoping to find the owners because he looked to be healthy and well taken care of despite roaming the city streets.
