Good news, especially where cockfighting etc is concerned.
Any harsh penalties can only serve as a deterrent as most of the above is already conducted underground with lesser penalty.
Will be interesting to see how far this goes towards assisting with the issue and wonder how far it will be examined on Animal Cops, for example. I have a love/hate relationship with that show! |
