So how many bowel movements a day is normal? I remember my last dog would go in the morning and then at night. Sammie is 7 1.2 months old and he goes twice in the morning and once in the afternoon and twice at night. So he has like 6 bowel movements a day. Am I feeding him to much? He eats good food. Blue Buffalo no grain Dry 3/4 cup a day and in the morning he gets 1/3 cup of freshpet vital beef moist in the morning.
