Mine has had surgery in both back knees but our surgeon still recommended Dasuquin and that's what mine takes. It does seem to help. You actually got a really good price on it I get the one with msm in it and can't find it cheaper then $50.00. It's not a prescription though so you can get it from other places then just your vet.
