My Pemny got spayed 9 days ago now and she's bouncing around like a lunatic, no cone or baby grow and the scar looks lovely.
She has some painkillers and anti inflamitories the vet gave us and that's it. She ended up being able to reach the wound through the babygrow leg so she had to have the cone in the end, but only for 6days. Then we took it off. She stayed pretty calm with the cone and that meant it healed quite quickly.
Good luck though, I hated my baby being done. But nothing to worry about after all
