Oh gosh, how very scary - I'm so sorry you're having to go through this. It's so tough to say what this could be bc the symptoms are quite diverse in terms of where they could land. With yorkies and disorientation, you automatically think of hypoglycemia and liver shunt...but w/ the fever, not so sure. Make sure they check his ears VERY thoroughly for any foreign body/bug/ear infection bc he had some imbalance and was moving his head funny.
