I'm glad you are going to the vet tomorrow. That's the best thing to do. In the meantime, I would get some Nutrical (it's high calorie/high glucose supplement) to make sure he doesn't get hypoglycemic- give it about 3 times a day if he's not eating well and make sure he's drinking enough. A little boiled chicken is good. When my dogs had diarrhea, I boiled some chicken, then used the broth to make rice and just made them some chicken and rice. They love it. I have some in the freezer for those occasions. The main thing is to make sure he isn't dehydrated even if you have to syringe-feed him water. Good luck, keep us updated!
