First of all welcome, we do understand that worry for our pups! Your puppy is in the right place for the vets and specialists to sort through what may be wrong.

One obvious thing is could he have eaten or gotten into anything he should not have? You can scour your home, to look for half eaten wrappers, any medication that might have fallen to the floor? No ant traps around? No pesticides? Could he have gotten into chewing gum?
Household plants - any chewed off leaves?

No recent falls?

Had he just finished eating when he started with his symptoms? Did you change his diet at all? Gave some human food he was not used to?

Had he had a recent set of vaccinations? If so what kinds and were they given on the same day?

Let us know how he does ...... And my very best hopes that this is just a passing sickness. Try not to worry too much until you hear from the docs!
