Default Help! My little Winston is really sick!

Hi all, I'm hoping someone here can give me some insights on this. I'm putting a thread here and on the general health section...
Winston is 17 weeks old, 3.2 lbs, we just got him on 9/28/14. He's been a great little guy, very frisky and happy.
Last night, we were on the couch and he started shaking and twisting his head very oddly, had trouble walking and was just completely out of it. We took him to the emergency vet center and they kept him---iv fluids, blood panel (will know more about that shortly). They gave him a charcoal pill and he threw part of it up. His temp was 104.
This morning she said he's better but not back to normal. During the night his temp got down to 101, then went back up to 102.5. He won't eat anything, so I'm taking some of his food up there in a few minutes to see if he'll eat that. The vet also said for me to come see him to see if that perks him up.
Have you experienced anything like this, and/or have ANY idea what it could be? We're all stumped and grasping for straws to try to help him.
