Unfortunately, for best results, Azodyl needs to be given whole. I agree with Maximo about the pill shooter. My Bear also hated taking his Azodyl and the pill shooter made a big difference. I would also suggest having a syringe full of water to wash it down after getting the pill in her mouth. Good luck.
