I would guess not a red-legged Yorkie. They often have very short fur on their legs that is really reddish looking. Coat type can sometimes be difficult to determine at such a young age. Cotton coat Yorkies tend to have very thick hair, especially on legs and paws. Silkier coats can start out thin an be slower growing. It's fun to watch them change during the first year or two.
