agree 12 weeks is way to young for them. with my 4 puppies 6 months old they could, at 7 months old they were 100% house broken. They were walked at 7:30AM, I came home from work at 4:30PM, another walk, then at 10 PM I just took them curb side for last pee-pee for the night. But like another member posted, each dog is diff. but 12 weeks they are way to young.
