It might be reverse sneezing. Mine has jags of this too and it scares the heck out of me, even though I know it isn't anything particularly serious. The next time you go to the vet mention it and see if they rule out trachea issues. If so, the culprit is most likely reverse sneezing.

Upon returning from work this morning, Piper's greeting was punctuated with what I'd call wheezing (goose-like sound) and a little choking/gagging. But she went through her usual antics, outside to bury bone, bouncy let's go for a walk, etc. I've made an apt for her for Tues, but am wondering if anyone knows what might be going on with my girl..?
