 Medication
I am no help for liquid meds except the syringe technique in the side of the mouth followed quickly by a treat to make him swallow. With solid pills I give a treat first then the treat wrapped around the pill, again followed quickly by another treat. Usually it is all done before he gets what I'm up to. :-) No time to lick the good stuff off and spit out the pill.
Luckily he swallows everything whole and this works, but I guess if they chew, all is lost! |
