Unforch, I think you need to return to the vet to get something for her tummy, and possibly do a fecal test. On the morning you go to the vet, take a plastic bag and put some of her poo in there, then double bag it and bring it to the vet so they can test it.

If I were you and she was eating the gerber, I guess I'd probably be mixing the kibble in w/ the gerber like you've tried and keep doing that - putting less and less Gerber in each time. Another thing you may want to try is sprinkling Parmesan cheese (the powder in the green can) on her kibble. Parm is nice and pungent and can tempt dogs into eating, so def try this.

You've got to stop the diarrhea though bc it will dehydrate her, so you may need something from the vet for this.
