I believe one of the reasons so many dogs are misbehaved in the US is because likely 90% of dogs in the US never leave their own yard and house. Again, NOT saying it's "bad" or "cruel" in any way. Just an observation. |
This is true....when I was in Italy/Germany for my best friends wedding a great deal of her guests had their dogs with them (she lives in Germany, wedding was in Italy) and while I was there dogs were everywhere. Restaurants included.
