Yes, they can get yeast/candida ANYwhere, even systemically. I'd get her to the vet asap....this could be a vaginal infection which would be very, very uncomfortable. Her other itching to her ears and stuff could be allergies, as this is high-pollen season. Did the itching begin at a certain time of the year? Ie, just this spring/summer? Does she have any reddish patches on her tummy, neck, armpits etc?
