I think it is an option probably 95% of the time. How many days is a child ill? I can understand some...but people walking around in stores with hacking kids who don't even cover their mouths is offensive imho. As for your kids not eating...there are plenty of drive through places to get food!
I can see a food store seriously more than I can any other kind of shopping.
