My Home Depot always did...then, bang, one day a sign went up saying No Dogs Allowed. And, that store sits in one of the more affluent Houston suburbs, so I don't buy that theory at. all. ETA I don't live in the most affluent, but right next to it. Don't even start that rumor...lol
