Well Barnes and Noble has a cafe thing so I highly doubt they can legally allow it. I'm doubtful all of these allow it but who knows. Callie goes in pet stores local and big chains, she has gone into Lowes and tractor supply. When she was a puppy we had her in a stroller and took her into bass pro-shop.
