I just had Remy neutered last week at 10 months old and the vet had to pull 4 of his baby teeth that did not fall out. As the others stated, as well as what my vet told me, it is best to have them removed because it does mess with their bite and it pushes the adult teeth out of alignment. Along with other mouth issues.
