I got a prescription for it from my vet at banfield but any vet can prescribe it as long as you tell them that your dog has a lifestyle that causes him to need more baths then normal causing his skin to be dry which is making him itch like crazy, or even if your dog doesn't bathe too much but still has dry itchy skin, esp. With winter coming ;-) I haven't seen it online so I don't think you can get it anywhere but the vet but also if you're like me and have to bathe your sweet heart ever so often look into getting a puppy/doggy shampoo that says hypoallergenic on it, it helps a looottt along with the spray conditioner that I mentioned.
