So he is still a puppy, yet you're thinking he has allergies? It's almost unheard of for a puppy to have allergies, but it *can* happen...but so so rare. What have you tried for treatment?
One thing you may want to do is to capture the cough on video and show it to the vet so they can get a better idea as to what's going on here.
