At some point, yes, removal of baby teeth is absolutely needed bc they will otherwise cause rotting due to all the gunk that will collect btwn the baby and adult teeth that are also there. Also, the crowding can damage the bite. Unfortunately, they really don't always come loose on their own...yorkies almost always need some baby teeth removed. Usually, we all wait until they get spayed/neutered and have them removed at that point.
