I had a webcam when I first got my little one and actually I thought it was kind of eerie. I remember this one time I didn't see her in the webcam for hours. I panicked and rushed home.
When I got home she looked at me like I was crazy.
The camera was at an odd angle and she was just sleeping out of the view. Boy I felt so silly and relieved at the same time. Once i knew she was okay during the day without me I didn't turn it on as much. Thankfully she just sort of slept most of the time and the other times was spent looking out the window barking at God knows what.
