Yazmin refuses to step out into the rain unless she's wearing a raincoat and shoes! Lol I recently purchased this one from our YT member Kristen, (Maximo). I like it because it's easy to put on and closes at the neck and chest with velcro. Raincoats can very effective in keeping your baby warm and dry!
