 Biewer?
I hear you, Biewers are more expensive in general than Yorkies.
I know that filling out questionnaires is a big pain, but most quality breeders or rescues will do this to ensure the right fit for their dogs. Any public seller of a pup who does not require a questionnaire is probably a BYB or someone who is just in it for the money.
Quality Biewer breeders I have seen do have very good, updated, and informative web sites, but I agree prices are mainly discussed privately. They do not breed often and one may have to wait for a litter.
