I think I may have to settle for a regular Yorkie because of the cost. The Biewers and Parti's are too pricey, even with 'pet' prices. And I find it difficult to even entertain the idea of filling out questionnaires, getting approved, and sending $2500 to someone who cant or doesn't update their website and at least have it look like its secure and current. One site will have a litter but any date is from 2011. Or there will be a 2014 date but no prices. It's getting tiring contacting breeders for prices only to find I cant afford them.
And the male/female thing seems to be such a big issue nowadays. I dont care about markings or any of the other stigmas of a male dog, and I dont want to breed a female. I want a female because I am the only female in my house of males, both human and animal, and I know a female and I will bond better than another male. I need pink!
My frustration is showing I know, sorry. My little girl Yorkie passed away last June, she was 16, and with school back in session its time to fill my house and my heart again, and the search is much more difficult and expensive than it was 16 years ago.
But I'll keep trying. I know she's out there. Thanks again for all the leads and kinds words!!
