Ok.....Winnie has no issues going out in the rain....she actually loves it. Which is good cuz she does her business regardless....but she winds up soaked very quickly. Shes not great with grooming and is terrified of the dryer....and I wind up holding her wrapped in a towel becauseshe gets very cold whrn she comes in. So my question is....is a raincoat actually effective or is it just an accessory?
