Lola loves being in it too, if I bring it in the house she begs to get in. It took some training to get her used to being zipped in though.
If it broke I might invest in a better one, since I use it a lot, but it really is a good stroller. The only people I'd say it's a bad stroller for are people who jog.

With the bed and blanket in the bottom Lola is lifted up enough to lay down and press her face against the mesh lol.
This is the bed I put in the bottom, to give you an idea, I got it very cheap last year with a sale and coupon. Grreat Choice® Plush Bolster Mat Dog Bed | Beds | PetSmart | That's the one I had when Callie was a puppy they might make them better now but toward the back there was a place Callie could stick her head out and then start trying to climb out. The front was also not strong enough for her to stand on. There also was no tether so you always had to zip it closed and for my social butterfly that was not something she liked.
