This is the one I have and I love it! New Flexible Handle Large Black Beige Blue Pink Pet Dog Cat Stroller Carrier | eBay it might be a little big though it can hold both 17 pound yorkies. It has tethers inside you can clip to the harness so they can not jump out and it's very sturdy. This link says they only have blue but in there store they list them separately.
