The ultrasound showed her liver at 30% of a normal one. What we don't know is why it happpened so fast. She was UTD on her vaccinations went to vet every 6 months for checkups and we thought she was fine untill last Thursday. When outside she was never offleash and there was nothing she could get into inside. Yesterday she lost her fight and went to sleep in my arms. RIP LITTLE PRINCESS
My husband and I am so sorry for your loss. RIP Maggie. She is now at the rainbow bridge.

My heart goes out to you as I know what you are going through. My baby, Nalah, also had a liver shunt, yet she was UTD on shots and just had her last bloodwork done in April. Her health went downhill so suddenly in three days and she, too, fell asleep in my arms on August 14, 2014.

Again, we are sorry for your loss. Condolences.
