My house smells flipping amazing right now. Cooking my famous pot roast and I always start it early (season and prepare the veggies, lightly brown the roast, and let it marinade for a couple of hours). I haven't even started it in the oven and my house smells awesome.
Best part is, I'm no cook. My husband co-owns a restaurant, so he's the foodie, but I'm super proud of my pot roast. Lol. |
