Hi and welcome to YT. I love Lucy ball's name. In the beginning I moved Buster's pads around and caused him confusion. I learned restricting and rewarding is the best training method, Kristen's advice is spot on. Also clean the areas on the floor/rug where she has pottied with an enzymatic cleaner as the scent will draw them back to that spot.
