I have Embrace and I pay about $46 a month for it. I have their Wellness plan, accident & illness and RX drug plan. It's a $300 ded, 90% reimbursement, $5,000 annual max and $50,000 lifetime max for their accident & illness plan and I have a $200 a year wellness plan. They have a 6mth waiting period for anything orthopedic unless you have your puppy checked out by your vet clearing them of any orthopedic issues. Once they have the form clearing your puppy they will waive the 6 mth waiting period as long as there hasn't been any pre-existing incidents prior to signing up for the insurance. Also the orthopedic exam has to be done after you sign up for their accident & illness insurance. I hope this helps!
