And I'm unsure of this, simply because I prefer a "traditional" Biewer too...In my own experience, not saying that I've seen a ton, Partis are much higher white than I prefer. I preer a dominate saddle and face and white chest, chin, legs and tail. Even though this isn't necessarily the current Biewer standard. It is the traditional, and my preferred look.
I will say that I fell almost positive I'm against splitters in my research.
