Yikes, it sounds like she really shouldn't be walking her dog as much as trying to get him socialized and working on his aggression. How scary for him to just flip out like that!

Billi isn't really possessive as she is protective. If she thinks someone's trying to hurt me then she'll react by growling or barking, but she snaps out of it quickly. I'd freak if she reacted that way to someone else's dog...
