ShowGirlLola, is 14 inches a 'tight' measurement? Pull the tape directly against the body and don't add any extra room. Teddy and Max are 14" in the chest. Teddy wears the 3.5 on a tight setting. I put Max in the 4 because of his upper leg muscles.
