This is a good place to start w/ making a home doggie-ER kit...it has both supplies and dosages for certain meds:

I use regular, adult Benadryl - I have both the pills (pre-cut, in case of emergency) and the liquid (to use in case of severe allergic reaction where their throat may be closing up and may not be able to swallow the pill).
Below is another dosage chart too, in case you want more than one...it has an example of how to calculate dosages as well.
