Zabuza - How is it going? We started crate training ourselves on 8/20 and it's early being today is 8/23... but my 14 week old is doing VERY WELL!
We are no longer using our Iris pens as our main area - - we're using them to make the den or kitchen areas smaller for play / hang out time so he can't quickly run to a corner of the room and have an accident - - we want him in eyesight at all times during "free time" and not only have we only had accidents the very first morning (and of course that's when we left the room for a split second), we have had zero accidents in the crate, had no need to use pads (we went through 100+ pad changes LAST WEEK!), and are quiet during the day, sleeping through the night (with one potty break at 1:30am) and very very very happy!!!
Grass is still scary to us (we're using an outside concrete patio), but we're sooo happy we started to crate train!!!
