It sounds like the breeder is playing games with you. If the breeder priced a dog for you and you accepted, then written contract or not, if the breeder is reputable she would give you first choice to purchase the dog for the amount she quoted.
You might consider looking for a different breeder. Please be careful, there are so many scammers out there just looking to make a buck. Good Luck. |
