| Can The Breeder Do This? Hi, the breeder that I am going to get my new pup from..JUST emailed me saying some one offered 3,000 euros for her... I am SOO worried that he is going to take it scent I have not signed the contract yet. I am going the 4Th to pay half of what is he asking for (520 euros which is about 600 USD) and to sign it... that was the soonest I could go see him to pay and etc BC he is busy the rest of the time... There is NO way I can afford almost 4,000 USD for a 4 to5 lb pup full grown.. I feel in love with the pup when I saw her!! Do you think I should find something else or fight for the dog.. I don't know what to do |

| I think that if the breeder promised the dog to you, and sells it to this other person just because they can offer more money, you probably don't want to deal with him anyway. A good breeder cares more about his puppies than $.

| It sounds like the breeder is playing games with you. If the breeder priced a dog for you and you accepted, then written contract or not, if the breeder is reputable she would give you first choice to purchase the dog for the amount she quoted. You might consider looking for a different breeder. Please be careful, there are so many scammers out there just looking to make a buck. Good Luck. |

| I don't think I would go, honestly I would pass. If he promised you the pup, then tells you someon offered more money, now he says he wants to meet with both of you before he decides then I would say thanks but no thanks. If you were promised the puppy then that is how it should be, sounds like he is either trying to get more money out of you or playing some kind of a game with you. WALK AWAY.................. |

| This is horrible! I hope that you find another breeder, it doesn't sound like this one is worth the heartache they are putting you through. There are lots of baby yorkies out there, I'm sure you'll find your baby soon. Good luck!

I Love Thor Donating Member | I'm sorry. It sounds like this guy is giving you the ring-around. It's probably a hard choice to make since I'm sure you are already attached to your little pup, but I would suggest looking for another dog a staying away from this breeder. |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Wow...sorry you're going thru this - it sounds like he's more interested in the $$$ and not the welfare of his puppy.... and what a shame for you. In my opinion - he isn't conducing his business ethically and that email is a big red flag.....The best of luck in your decision |

| I think that is a terrible way to do business. I know you probably hate to walk away from the deal, but maybe you should check around for another breeder. That is a lot of money to pay for one anyway. Here in the states you can get them for $1000. He is probably telling each of you that the other has offered more. Good luck and keep us up to date on the matter. Jeanie |
