What a bummer, ugh! Yep, she should know that you need to treat pyoderma for 30days, MOST especially when it's recurring like this. Too bad she didn't just approve enough for 30 days...that's weird.
Did you talk to her about Atopica or Apoquel, or are you going to a vet derm for that instead?
