Congrats on your new addition! In terms of toy drive, and building I start right away. I usually either sit on the ground or on a low stool, and start playing with the toy myself, usually the puppy will come over to investigate, and then away you go. I like to switch up different actions, such as a long wiggly toy they can follow across the room, or a tug toy, roll a ball on the ground, with a big ball they can push their noses into the ball and it rolls itself. Try a Frisbee and spin it or slide it on its side along the floor.

As a puppy I might just leave one toy on the floor for them, the toys come out when I want to play/interact with them. As your puppy ages a bit, find that toy is a romping good game of fun.

Enjoy your day
