Same here. He runs around the back yard in the morning around 8am, and at night when it's cooling off around 7pm.
During the day, after 5min his tongue starts to hang out, and we bring him in
Its been brutal in Melbourne, over the weekend we were at 98-99 all weekend with a heat index of 113
